Reed Contracting provides company-paid life insurance up to $25,000 and long-term disability insurance for all of our valuable Team Members. Reed Contracting provides other affordable insurance coverage for our Team Members. We offer health, dental, short-term disability, and prescription drug benefits to protect our Team Members and their families. Team Members are eligible to participate on the first day of the calendar month coinciding with or following completion of three months of full-time service.
Reed Contracting Team Members may set aside a portion of their paychecks to save for the future, and Reed helps with a company match. Team members can save from 2 to 60 percent of their pay, up to IRS annual limits.
Reed Contracting Team Members enjoy 6 paid holidays each year. Team Members are eligible for holiday pay following ninety days of full-time service.
Reed Contracting provides 40 hours of vacation pay each year to our team members after one year of service. Our team members with five years of service receive 80 hours of vacation pay each year.
